For clients requiring payment gateway integration, we provide:
- Payment gateway integration (Stripe, Midtrans, PayPal, etc.)

- Recurring payment setup
- Payment security compliance (PCI DSS)
- Transaction monitoring and reporting
5. User Accounts and Registration
5.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information promptly
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Violation of applicable laws
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more)
6. Payment Terms and Conditions
6.1 Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified
- Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice
- Payment is due upon issuance of invoice unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month
- For projects exceeding IDR 100,000,000, a 50% deposit is required
6.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Deposit Refunds: Full refund if work hasn't commenced
- Work Completed: No refund for completed milestones
- Project Cancellation: Client pays for work completed up to cancellation date
- Bug Fixes: Free bug fixes for 30 days after project delivery
6.3 Payment Security
- We use PCI DSS compliant payment processors
- We do not store complete credit card information
- All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS
- We implement fraud detection and prevention measures
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for services rendered
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Ownership
The content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Astro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Client Deliverables
Upon full payment:
- Client owns the final deliverables (source code, compiled code, designs)
- Astro retains the right to use components, libraries, or frameworks developed
- Third-party licenses remain the property of their respective owners
- Astro may showcase the work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)
7.3 License to Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use the services for personal or commercial business purposes
- Access and use the services on compatible devices
- You may not: reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works without permission
8. User Responsibilities and Conduct
As a user of our services, you agree NOT to:
- Use the services for any illegal purpose or unauthorized activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Spam, phishing, or distribute unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
9.1 Uptime Guarantee
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted services, excluding:
- Scheduled maintenance (notified 48 hours in advance)
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service outages beyond our control
- Client-caused disruptions
9.2 Support and Maintenance
- Technical support is available via email and chat during business hours
- Critical bugs are addressed within 24-48 hours
- Minor issues are addressed within 3-5 business days
- Free support period: 30 days after project delivery
- Ongoing maintenance packages available for additional fee
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY
10.2 Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro shall not be liable for:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
- DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SERVICES (CAP AT 12 MONTHS)
- DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION (CLIENT RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKUPS)
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astro and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of:
- Your use of the services
- Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Your violation of any third-party right
- Any content you submit through our services
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, regardless of its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
13. Termination of Services
13.1 Termination by You
You may stop using our services at any time. We will honor your request to close your account and delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13.2 Termination by Astro
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the services will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and all associated data
- Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Astro regarding the use of our services.
14.2 Waiver and Severability
Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
14.3 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These terms do not confer any rights or remedies on any person other than you and Astro.
15. Special Provisions for Indonesian Jurisdiction
15.1 Electronic Transaction (ET Law)
Our electronic contracts and signatures comply with Law No. 11 of 2008 regarding Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law).
15.2 Personal Data Protection (PDP Law)
We comply with Law No. 27 of 2022 regarding Personal Data Protection (PDP Law) for processing personal data within Indonesia.
15.3 E-Commerce Transactions
For e-commerce transactions, we comply with Government Regulation No. 80 of 2019 regarding Trade Through Electronic Systems.
